Welcome to the VITAZA Partner Program!

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing your participation as a Partner for the referral of customers to VITAZA Digital for various products and services in exchange for compensation.

By joining this program, you agree to these provisions, which form a binding agreement between you, the Partner, and VITAZA Digital, LLC.

1. Program Participation

1.1. Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years or older with an active, relevant online presence (website, blog, or social media).

1.2. Application: Submit a completed application for review. Acceptance is at our discretion.

2. Partner Responsibilities

2.1. Promotion: Use approved channels for ethical and professional promotion of BOOST All-In-One CRM or other digital marketing services as per the agreed upon Campaign or Program.

2.2. Branding Compliance: Adhere to VITAZA Digital, LLC’s and BOOST CRM & Business Suite branding guidelines and intellectual property usage.

3. Commission and Payments

3.1. Earning Commissions: Commissions are earned on qualifying sales, subject to the terms of the partner program you are participating in.

3.2. Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, with a minimum of $100 accumulated commission. Funds less than that will accumulate until the amount exceeds this amount.

3.3. Payment Process: Payments are made through our standard processing system, requiring completion of tax documentation (e.g., W-9) and bank deposit information.

4. Program Integrity

4.1. Prohibited Practices: No spamming, misleading advertising, or other unethical activities.

4.2. FTC Compliance: Partners must transparently disclose their relationship with VITAZA.

5. Term and Termination

5.1. Duration: This agreement is effective upon your acceptance and remains in force until terminated.

5.2. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions are forfeited.

6. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

6.1. Partners must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and data protection standards.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

7.1. VITAZA Digital, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. Partners will be notified of significant changes.

8. Cookie Policy

8.1. Our program uses a 90-day cookie duration to track and attribute sales.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes should be directed to the VITAZA management team for resolution. In the event disputes can not be resolved, Partner agrees to mediation with a third-party.

10. Governing Law

10.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
